At BeautyHarbor, your satisfaction matters to us. At the same time, because beauty and personal care products are hygiene-sensitive, our return policy is designed to keep every customer safe.
Hygiene-Sensitive Products
Makeup, skincare, haircare, fragrance, nail, and personal care items cannot be returned once opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons.
When a Return or Replacement Is Allowed
We’re happy to offer a return or replacement if your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect, meaning not what you ordered
- Missing from your order
Reporting an Issue
Please report any such issue within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it quickly. Requests raised after this window may not be eligible.
Helpful Proof
We strongly recommend recording a clear order-opening video and taking photos of the package and product. This helps us verify the issue and process your request smoothly.
How Resolution Works
Once we receive your request and supporting details, our team will verify the issue. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Once approved, refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your payment method and bank/payment provider.
Sale & Clearance Items
Items purchased on sale or clearance may not be eligible for return or refund, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
